ONLINE CERAMIC PRINTING
With your requirements, we can give your ampoules a colour identification band, a colour break band, or both. We can also give you the option of a one-point cut; the difference being, we can control the depth of the cut into the glass surface.
For clients who want ready-to-use online ceramic printing, we can provide closed ampoules under the rota system. Moreover, our high resolution, online ceramic printing will ensure fine reproduction of your logo. So specialized is our online annealing, that it imparts uniform distribution of heat to each ampoule individually, thereby relieving the ampoule from all stress.

AMPOULE TECHNOLOGY
At Kaisha, we source our tubings from some of the world's largest, most reputed manufacturers of neutral glass clear and amber tubings. The ampoule forming machines at Kaisha have the capacity to roll out up to 2 million ampoules per day. Imported from Europe, these machines are equipped with a unique self-correcting facility, whereby should the thickness of glass vary from one station to another, an electronic sensor immediately picks up the variant and adjusts the flame automatically. This ensures a high degree of uniformity and strict adherence to the specifications desired.
AMPOULE PACKAGING AND ANNEALING
At Kaisha, all cutting, glazing, checking, annealing and packaging of the ampoule is done on seamless state-of-the-art technology. As the technology is fully computerized, there is no room for error. All specifications are fed into the machine and a built-in camera ensures that the ampoules are made precisely in line with the desired specifications. |

VIAL MANUFACTURING - QUALITY CONTROL AND INSPECTION
After manufacturing, we check and recheck the vials on all counts - from internal and external diameter, to lip height and length on the automatic Euromatic vial inspection machine. Despite in-built checks in the manufacturing process, we also check the vials manually, in air-conditioned rooms, for optimum efficiency. We retain a highly skilled workforce dedicated to quality control and inspection.

THE PLATINUM LINE OF VIALS FROM KAISHA - CAMERA INSPECTION / VISION SYSTEMS
Our first camera inspection system (KAISHA VISION) is in place at Kaisha and is now being used in our regular production activity. This system not only inspects the dimensional parameters for the vials by camera but also screens the empty vials for particulate matter like glass, etc. |
